Company co-founder and Chairman of the Board, Dainius Vaičikonis, has more than 17 years of experience in business financing. Throughout his career, he has held various senior management positions at several of Lithuania’s largest banks, alternative financing companies, and fintech startups.

Kęstutis Grinaveckas is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Finpro, responsible for the company’s overall operations and strategic direction.

Kęstutis has accumulated 13 years of experience in the banking sector, including more than nine years at Šiaulių Bankas. In his final years at the bank, he served as Deputy Head of the Leasing Department, where his primary responsibilities included sales management and the development of leasing products.
